Special Valentines Day Menu:

We have planned the perfect menu to compliment the romantic ambience we’ve created for this special night

For reservations please follow the instructions found below and call the special number to make reservations.

1st Course:
Eric’s Homemade Lobster Bisque Or Harvest salad with baby kale, mandarin oranges, roasted pepitas, feta cheese and a creamy balsamic bacon dressing

 2nd Course:
Applewood Bacon & Caramelized Onion Jam cheddar Fondue or
Bruschetta Jack Cheese fondue

3rd Course:
Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola Pesto,  Sesame-ginger Flank Steak,Lemon & herb Shrimp with Sweet Chili Thai Sauce,  Lobster Ravioli and Citrus Herb rubbed Chicken with Colorado Mustard Sauce, 

4th Course:
Bailey’s Salted Caramel
Milk Chocolate topped with crushed shortbread    or       White Raspberry Chocolate Truffle Fondue topped with crushed biscotti

-Desert Rose: Our famous Cactus Flower; a 26 year tradition

* Reservations will be taken by phone (only) starting Feb.1st. between 11:30am and 4:30pm
* A credit card and phone number will be needed to hold all reservations.

* 24 hour cancellation policy for all reservations.
* Cancellations inside of 24 hours will be charged full price: a gift card will be sent
* The Valentines Day Special will be the only menu offered on the 14th.
